I'm not sure if these facts are very interesting but here goes..I live in Wrexham,N.E.Wales,just over the border from Chester,though I was born and brought up in Birmingham and lived in S.Wales for 10 years.I'm married to Roger,and have 3 grown-up children:2 daughters and 1 son,and 3 gorgeous grand-children,ages 13,10 and 3.Unfortunately the family is scattered over England so I don't see everyone as much as I would like but make up for it when I do see them!I've been into crafting more seriously this year as I had a (successful) cancer op.in February and was told not to lift,swim,cycle or hoover(shame!!) for 6 months.It's helped me to focus and keep occupied. I'm into rubber stamping at the moment.I also write poetry and have a book of religious poems(self-published) up on Amazon.co.uk at the mo.,vastly over priced by them!I like walking,pottering in the garden,doing crosswords,reading biographies and detective and historical fiction.Me and my hubbie enjoy watching Humphrey Bogart and Bette Davis films,old Dad's Army footage and Fawlty Towers.We're both practising Roman Catholics but love finding any old churches of historical interest wherever we visit,we're very fond of the N.Wales coast and have been planning to go to Anglesey for the past 10 years,we'll make it yet!
